HOW MUCH DOES REPRESENTATION COST?

There is a ONE-TIME REGISTRATION FEE ($50). There is also a very low monthly fee that is determined by the number of accounts serviced for legal representation by DCSD. In essence, you will be hiring an attorney for a small monthly fee to represent you and protect your rights pursuant to federal law. DCSD attorneys will not represent you in court on state matters, but if a creditor decides to sue you, we will provide them with the information and proof that your sole income is from exempt sources.
